Would anyone know how to change the OpenType, TrueType etc icon in the font drop down menu in InDesign CS4 (screen shot below). I am using Universal Type Client as my font management system.
Any steers greatly appreciated.

It's not something you can change without making changes to the font or editing an Adobe cache file of font info (which may not be reliable, as it can get regenerated and replaced). Your font manager has nothing to do with it.
Can you give us another level of detail as to why you want to do this, what the perceived problem is?
