(x) Mingus/Oh Yeah - Atlantic album body text? - Century Schoolbook {NJ}

Hey,

I'm wondering if anyone can identify the various serif font(s) used on the back of this old record I have. I really like the look of it, but I can't seem to find the right fit.

Help!

(THanks!!)

Hi Andy-

Oh Yeah was released pre-digital type, so it's only an approximation, but this appears to be a form of Century Schoolbook.

Thanks, NJ.

That's pretty darn close. Man, I love the old record typefaces from Blue Note and the other 1960's labels.

So classic!
