From the looks of things, this is Century Gothic Bold, that's been manually expanded and rounded slightly in Illustrator or Freehand (or even Photoshop).

Quite right. In fact, 20th Century may be a closer match; the top stroke on the 1 is a little shorter than on Century Gothic.
