Hello guys,
I need to find a font similar to this. I don't know the technical name of it, but with an "empty shadow" coming off each letter. this font is imprint mt shadow, have you any suggestions or examples of other good ones? with serifs? i've also attached some other logos that have the same shadow... thanks a lot!

Goudy Handtooled and Caslon Open Face would get you very close. This style is known as "open face" or "handtooled".

Try Gudrun Zapf-von Hesse’s beautiful Smaragd — and there must be some Bodoni Open out there somewhere which could match the “modern” structure of the Balmain lettering.
