Looks like a slightly modified Handel Gothic

I'd be more inclined to say it's a modified Domyouji.

Yes. As the Domyouji blurb says: “With a nod to Handel Gothic”.

Yeah, I was going to say "a modified Domyouji which in itself is a modified Handel Gothic," but I thought that might sound slightly pedantic.

thanks guys, is there any way to search for fonts based on other fonts apart from googling terms like "based on Handel Gothic", I'd be interested to look at any fonts that are based on it. Thanks again

You may like the ‘More fonts like this’ feature at MyFonts.com. You can also examine the tags that were assigned to Handel Gothic. Note that you can combine several tags in a search.

Furthermore, there are lists that feature stylistically similar typefaces, like Mike Yanega’s Bauhaus-Style Guide or FontShop’s Star Trek FontList.

Another way that often is promising: search Typophile for terms like ‘similar to Handel’.

Oh yes, good addition!

House Simian would be first on my list of "similar to Handel" faces.
