It´s custom made, but I´ll provide some better resolution images, and maybe someone can recommend a substitute.

This logotype appeared on SAAB automobiles from ~1963-1969:

Looks a lot like one of my favorites: Roswell Four but that was made in '98. Worthy as a substitute I think

You can also use Agency FB BoldCompressed or Weekend Tabloid Regular as substitutes or as a start if you tweak the obvious differences on letters "S" and "A".

Note that there is a slight difference on the two pictures I posted as well. I prefer the A on the latter one.
