That's definitely close, but it seems to differ in some details with Paratype's Engravers Gothic Bold (Bitstream doesn't seem to have a bold), like the height of the E crossbar and the shape of the J:

Sackers and Blair are others in this style. Maybe one of them matches.

The lowered height of the E crossbar can also a result of the small image, maybe anti-aliasing gone somewhat faulty.
