What does 7.5pt/14 represent?

TypeCommunication

I was looking at a brand manual and saw something that stated the constraints for body copy as "7.5pt/14 The Sans CPQ Semilight and .3 dashed rule"

What does the number 14 represent and how do I create a .3 dashed rule?

Best Regards,
Rob

14 is the leading. 7.5 point text on 14 points of leading.

A 0.3 point dashed rule is a little thicker than a hairline (which is 1/4 pt), but yeah, they're not saying what the dash pattern should be.

Thank you for the insights, much appreciated.

Best Regards,
Rob

InDesign has some pre-defined stroke types; among those are "Dashed 3 and 2", "Dashed 4 and 4" and plain old "Dashed". My guess is that the last one is the one!
