With nothing else to go on, this will be very hard to pin down. These numerals look rather odd, and may be amateur work. Have you checked Dafont for Serif fonts?

Looks like house numbers to me, like the kind you can buy in hardware stores. Those aren't any particular font, just something designed years ago for the house number manufacturer.

You may be right Mark, but their weights aren't even consistent.

The closest numerals I have found are in Gable Antique Condensed, from Spiece Graphics. Notice how much better these numbers match each other.

Ahh! That explains the weights. Mark was completely right, as he often is.
