Help me to find this fonts

Roy Gattero

Help me to find this two fonts, the first appears in the Pantera's album "The Great Southern Trendkill", and the second is the logo from AC/DC' album "The Razor's Edge", or tell me if you find anyone font that seems to it.

It is better to make two threads, and also to use more descriptive titles. The album titles would have worked (you can edit the title since you were to one who started the thread).

"GREAT SOUTHERN TRENDKILL" is similar to MVB Aunt Mildred. The actual answer may turn out to be an amateur font from a freebie site.

I think the Razor's Edge lettering is custom art and not a font.

thanks..but, i'm sick, i'm very, very sick of commercialy released fonts, for god it's only a FONT, it's only a god-damn font why they put a price on it?...whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy??? i'm from Argentina, here your dollars are much more expensive..well, i got to calm down.

Economics 101. Font designers like to be paid for their hard work, and consumers are willing to pay for quality fonts.

Because making great, even making just barely acceptable, typefaces takes a LOT of skills and hard work. If you don’t want appreciate that, dafont.com is the place to be, not Typophile.

Yes, I agree with Lex and Frode. There are many free sites for fonts where you might find something close to your "GREAT SOUTHERN.." font, but when we try to ID fonts we look for them where it is easiest to see selections based on styles or keywords, and we look for them where they can be licensed properly, not stolen, unless they were meant to be free fonts.

I think you might just want to try designing a font before you complain about how much they cost. If you want hand-lettered fonts, that's easy to do, but anything else takes a great deal of skill and time, not to mention expensive design tools.
