Has anyone seen anything like the above typeface (I don't need the specific one) – a bold headline face that has swash versions of characters?
Any options appreciated!

These are not that close, but maybe helpful:
Priva and Leitura have a few terminal swashes.
Vista Sans has some much more modest swashes in its Alternate cut.

Some more swashy stuff: Jeremy Tankard's Aspect might just be the most crazily swashed sans ever. It's more playful overall though.
Also, JFP's Parisine has a "Plus" variant with some nice swashes and ligatures.
