Hi all,
I keep seeing a font that is very similar to bank gothic over the past year or so, but of course I cant find it at the moment.
Just wondering if anyone has some alternatives for bank gothic.
I've found

Any others would be great
Could it be the newish Dan Reynolds cut?

The original squared sans?
Hardly.
Morris Benton not exactly known for originality.
Most of his "original" typefaces (Hobo, Broadway, &c.) were derived from lettering styles.
There were square sans faces in the 19th century, known as chamfered.
Guys I think this could be the one I was looking out for (used in the credits of the film Surrogates.)
