(x) Please ID both fonts / serif and sans - Liberation Serif Bold, (similar to) Frutiger {Jan, Greg Shutters}

I have had great success with the first 2. Can someone ID this font? I think the same font was used on both lines but I could be wrong. Thanks

I'm tempted to say that the bottom one is Frutiger, but it's hard to tell at that size. The serif one looks like Lucida Bright Bold but the dot on the /i/ is square, not rounded.
