Yes, sorry Jan. Image is to small but i cant find a biger one. I am attaching a maginfication once more if this would help. Its similar to both that you mention but
not exactly. Maybe small cap "e" with diagonal line and "l" with line on the top wil be helpfull.

It may be ITC Kabel, but it's too hard to see the detail.

Interstate?

The reason I picked Kabel was that the 'e' seemed to have an angled crossbar. If that's true, that would rule out Interstate, which has a horizontal crossbar on the 'e'.
