Interactive PDF in InDesign Resources

Hello Typophiles,

Could anyone point me to any helpful resources on creating interactive PDFs in InDesign CS4? I've found a few tutorials, but I was wondering if there is a quality book/e-book written on the subject.

Thanks,
Dan

What about a video? There's this one Interactive InDesign PDF & SWF on Adobe TV. If you do a search with interactive pdf, you'll find several other related videos.

Thanks, Miguel. That helps too. Still looking for a more thorough resource, though.
