brushy express font

font fanatic

I've seen this font at the express store and the s's lead me to believe its custom, but i'd figure I should consult the experts! If it is, fonts similar would be sweet.

Edit: can't post the picture from my phone, says upload disabled.

Can you try this when you are at a computer? Or tell us a web page where we can see it? There's no way to give you an ID, or alternate suggestions without seeing it.

Mike, sorry about that. I've been running around and trying to get the picture off of my phone. I looked around on the web and I can't seem to find any other EXPRESS store using it. Here it is.

It seems custom.

That's what I thought, Any ideas on fonts that are similar?

Robert Arnow has a couple of fast-paced brush scripts that certainly fit the Express idea, even if they don't look as heavy as this particular lettering.

BTW Mike mentioned Robert Arnow's font called Mustang (TM)
Reiner Imre (1900-1987) designed Mustang and D. Stempel, Frankfurt a/Main produced it since 1956. "a brush script revived in 2005 by Canada Type as Hunter"
Mustang is now Hunter...
something is now Mustang...
Is this situation normal?

Using different names is a way to circumvent trademark laws… The design is not protected in the US, but a name is… Go figure…

And it is Imre Reiner. Imre is her first name.

Yes, but HE was born in Hungary. Like: Misztótfalusi Kis Miklós. Miklós is first name...
OK, in English text better is: Imre Reiner.
