I would say it's a custom job.
The most similar stressed sans I could find are these:

But obviously they're not even remotely square enough.
It's like someone added contrast to something like Eurostile.

Is it not the same typeface as the old Xerox logo?

That XEROX logo was almost surely custom, and it seems likely to me that the resemblance to your post is just because the letters are not too distinctive for ID purposes.
