Alpha Headline - Can i use it?

Can i use Alpha Headline on a commercial project ?

I've noticed on lineto.com that it's used for Mitsubishi’s promotion material.

Do they own that typeface now?

From Lineto web site: Mitsubishi Motors Europe acquired exclusive license for the «Alpha Headline» fonts for the duration of ten years, expiring at the end of 2012.

Am I wrong or, if you purchased the font before that Mitsubishi license, you are absolutly free to use it as you want?
