Font with Hand Drawn Look ID

Looking to identify this font. It doesn't appear to be hand lettered since both the A's and I's are the same.

The best I have been able to do is font something close. I checked MyFonts, AbstractFonts and Dafont. See freebie Ghosttown.

This sort of font can be easily and cheaply made, which means it could show up anywhere.
