I need both here: the big O and the script (which looks familiar, but I'm thrown by the 'tt' ligature). (Already know the bottom line is Agency.)

The script is Caflisch Script from Adobe. Or at least once upon a time it was Caflisch.

Ops, I let the comment open while searching for this O and when posted there was already an answer. The O is near to Utopia Caption Italic, but not exactly equal.
