I was hoping someone out there may be able to identify this typeface.
It was used in a concept kit by Siegel+Gale for Pfizer.

Sorry, but I don't think that's a typeface. I think that is hanmade.
I agree. You might like Stag Dot as a substitute.
Or Agilita Dot.
