I realize that this is probably written by hand and it's not an existing font.
But if it, please help me identify it. Or can you recommend similar fonts ?

Do you need a connected script? If not, how about Ink Bleed
You are right, it seems, that this is hand-drawn, judging from how identical letters are so varied. In addition to Tamas's suggestion, you could look at Part 14 (Distressed Scripts) of the Script Font ID Guide for similar messy, blobby scripts.
