I'm a student working on a typeface project. I am looking for a freeware font similar to Neutraface Slab Display Titling. I would buy it but there is no way I can afford it. Obviously I'm not going to find an exact match, but something with the same personality would be great.
Rockwell comes with any Windows computer. Or was it MS Office? Anyway: Check out Silica by Sumner Stone. The price tag is very student friendly, and it works for display use.
You're just in time for Museo Slab – should be worth a look. The «500» weight is free.

I look at the regular weight of that typeface... and instead of Memphis, I'm reminded of... Jenson Oldstyle!!!
