The closest I could get is FF Magda Clean Mono, which at least has a similar "W", but it's not it (see the "r", "i" etc.).

Stephen, I think it is Mono. At least, I can't see any differences.

It is certainly based on (the same source as) Mono. Note that in the sample, the ‘i’ has an upper serif; ‘a’, ‘n’, ‘p’, ‘r’ etc. have spurs.

I'm beginning to wonder if this could be a custom job, or an unreleased font. Would that make sense in the context?
In any case, it has Cornel Windlin written all over it. Mono is his, and he was also part of the team that made FF Magda Clean that I linked to above.
