Any ideas what it is?

I'm awaiting my copy of the font book to arrive via post, hope it can help me with these more obvious ones in future.

Try Helvetica. FYI: There is no slab seen in your last two fonts. They are plain Sans ones.

HI Renko thanks for the help. So slab is used when anything is really super solid? Like black, or extra black is that right?
