For "States", Impact is close; it seems slightly darker/heavier – but that could be a rasterization issue I guess. A larger sample would help :)

Although in the sample it seems a bit lighter, I think ‘in profile’ is Georgia.

Gives me a Georgia vibe too but it threw me off that it seems so delicate…
But since the Impact is lighter too, maybe it's a matter of Photoshop smoothing settings?

OK, one can get "sort of but not really" close with Impact set to "Smooth" antialiasing in Photoshop (CS4) and "in profile" in Georgia set to "Crisp". And in any case there's all sorts of weird kerning action.

i was able to get this with "century" set to "smooth"

That's rather different though, like in the arm of the "r" and the top of the "f".

Why using Century? Isn’t Georgia part of every OS?
