I’m having trouble putting my finger on this font. It seems familiar but the non-ligning figures (6,9) are throwing me off, could they be from an altogether different family? It’s printed offset litho. Any ideas?

Looks like an old typewriter font to me (see missing o in “New Y rk”).

I thought it might have been a typewriter font.

I think I was thrown as its not been set as fixed width, because the majority of text in the specimen I have has been set fully justified.
