Russell McGorman

Have to go shopping when I'm back home. smile

Where did you find that?
I might just need one for my shelf.

Does it have a cheesy flavor?

ChrisL

So wait, in what font is the name on the label? If it isn't a condensed Helvetica, 'twould be extreme irony.

In any case, I see Helvetica as more of a variety pop (fizzy drink).

Peace,
JT

Could it be Helvetica Black?

Looks more like Impact to me.

(Hahahaha!!!)

Seriously. It's Impact.

HELVETICA PINOT NOIR 2008
Switzerland | Giroud Vins
VINTAGES 121095 | 750 mL | $ 17.95 at the LCBO (Liquor Control
Board of Ontario)

Release Date: Jul 4, 2009

Tasting Note
Pinot Noir remains the most planted red variety in Switzerland, and
this one shows why. It is filled with aromas of fresh raspberry,
cherry, earth, pepper and rose petals (all classic Pinot hallmarks).
Dry, soft, fruity and nicely balanced by crisp acids. A good red wine
for grilled freshwater fish. (VINTAGES panel, Oct. 2008)

Update:

well, you knew I'd break down and buy a bottle, didn't you? :o)

-=®=-

I knew you would by it, I am just surprised you are still sober enough to type :-D

ChrisL

Um, my country is named Confoederatio Helvetica, whatever font you set that in.
Just sayin'. This can be cool when seen as a font joke, but make sure you open the lid of the box too… :-\
And yeah, Swiss wine isn't bad. They usually don't export a lot of the stuff because we drink it all outselves.

Wasn’t the country named after the font?

Wasn’t the country named after the font?

Not after the font. But after the typeface! ;-)

(designed by Wilhelm Tell)

"Wasn’t the country named after the font?"
Trust me, I'd emigrate at once!
