Ex-Hallmark artist Rob Leuschke is a source of script styles that at times look like some of the Sudtipos collection. His Qwigley is somewhat like your sample. He does a lot of custom work, and this might be one of his.

Looking at some of the Sudtipos fonts at MyFonts, it's hard to believe it wasn't done by Angel Koziupa, as your first impulse suggested. Look how similar the lettering looks in Pronto. There are others that are also very similar, just not this exact font (yet), in what I have seen.

Thanks Mike.

Thought I had it... Flavour. Well it's close.
Agreed looks very much like those Sudtipos scripts.

Pooper Black is also close. Or Parsley Script. Hmm.
