new york for graphic designers

next week i will be in New York.
Does someone know events, exhibitions, museums or similar about graphic design or typography that i can visit?

I recommend just wandering around the city and checking out the signage. Aside from certain pockets of Manhattan that are overrun with chain stores, you’ll find all sorts of inventive type.
