Didot-ish? ID Help ...

Hi all,
Can anyone identify this typeface? Looks very similar to Didot, but you can certainly tell it is not by the italics.

It's a little tough to say with the skew of the image, but I'd have to agree with Akira. Most likely the 96 Medium weight.
