looking for an id on this face. it doesn’t seem to match any versions of din i’ve seen. it looks like a slightly condensed (but not as condensed as the condensed pro) and maybe rounded (or is that just the aliasing...not sure).
any ideas?

I think it is “Miso”, and it’s a free font.

Look closely at the S and R in the provided sample and in Miso. They’re very different.
