FontShop is currently advertising a new font management software for the Mac. Anyone here got any impressions? How does it perform while managing thousands of fonts, for example? Is it fast? Does it have some kind of possibility to spot duplicates and deactivate them?

I tried it for a day, it was cute and had some nice details but was not nearly as good as FEX at managing or previewing fonts.
It’s Dutch, so it must be okay… Joking aside: it is an interesting take on font management and now that FontShop is involved I expect the development to pick up pace and add some very desirable features.
BTW The possibele use of 3rd party plug-ins seems to be an innovation that none of the other fm’s don’t have.
