If you mean the mobile phone provider, I'm quite sure that it's frutiger bold (also referred as 65) but I could be wrong, try checking it in "what the font" if you have an image of it, I couldn't find it.

Yeah, and in most spreadshheets there is a field named O2, which in my case is formated to display Verdana 13pt.

I believe Myriad was the official font of 2002

Could be — anyway, the logo of O2, the Télefonica company is NOT Frutiger. I just checked.
