what is this font and who created it?

I like this font but don’t know who the creator is. Would like to contact him or her to see if he has made a whole family of fonts for this. Thanks for any help.

It’s Palatino from Hermann Zapf.

Thanks. I should have included some part that had all the diacritical marks, but now that I look at it, I see that the creator did basically just take Palatino and modify it. It’s the diacritical marks that I really need.
