It's interesting that the sample has three P's and one doesn't match the other two. The only other repeated letters (I) are identical. So this is a font, but finding it is a problem, because it falls into the 'anyone could have made this' category of font design. You could scan through Part 14 of the Script Font ID Guide (Distressed Script), or look at Dafont (Brush) category.

I just searched Dafont> Script> Brush, Trash and Various and didn't see it.

I'm searching Part 14 of the Script Guide and see some similar looks, but no matches yet. Some alternatives: Repent by Harold Lohner and Good Dog by Ethan Dunham.

Still haven't had any luck finding this font, but the name may be Suspension. But I can't find where to purchase this font. Any ideas? Here is another sample
