Help with Surf Europe typeface and type treatment

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if any one has any idea what the Surf Europe typeface or something similar is and if there is a typeface that is similar to the Raygun image or do you think that it is just Photoshop treatment.

And yes. The effect on ‘RAYGUN’ is not in the font.
