The sans is Gotham.

"Francis" is pretty close to Stempel Garamond, the one I have is narrower, so it could be squooshed or more likely some other Garamond.

You'd get more response if you started a new thread in the ID section.

Is is close to Stempel Garamond with "francis" written in smallcaps.
