Similar to the heavier weights of Clearface Gothic.

I think it’s Albertus Extra Bold. I tried to find more information about it for you, but apparently little is known about it.

Flareserif 821, Bitstream’s version of Albertus has a bold weight that’s getting there but not quite. But I recall seeing this (not Bitstream, I would say) Extra Bold around as well, although I wouldn’t know where to find it.
