Just curious about this beautiful piece of typography.
Be grateful if someone could shed some light over the origins of this work. Typeface, swashes, designer etc.
It is a boxset of classic operas on tape. Published by Readers Digest!!!
Any date on this?
I would imagine it is custom, maybe based in type but heavily amended.

The only thing i can find, is a copyrigt note in the accompanying booklet that says 1978.
