Can anyone tell me the law of digitalising typefaces found in old Letraset books.
Who actually owns the license?
Thanks in advance.
The best place to ask these questions is at

Typophilers (who are not Letraset's legal representatives) advising on this stuff would in effect be "lawyering".
Questions about the intellectual property or copyright of particular works are best directed to the owner(s) of those works.

Sorry - defined here...

"The metaphor likens this to a fishing trip where, if one casts a wide enough net, they are bound to score something"
I guess it's not funny when you have to explain it.
...well anyway - everything you need to know on the subject is distilled here... http://www.emigre.com/Editorial.php?sect=2
