I can identify the use of the cap and small cap together as having an unbalanced weight distribution. Other than that, I’ve got nothing.

I agree with you, brockfrench. It is poorly balanced and uugggly. It’s part of a logo that belongs to a client and they are totally clueless about the typeface.

Who ever created this logo stretched the leg on the R, which is actually suppose to look like the leg of the K in the bank image.
