Monotype Grotesque Extra Condensed is close, particularly in the uppercase. Placard is similar, too. But neither has that Compacta/Helvetica Compressed "a" or "r".

Hadrian? Haven't heard of that one before. Nice! Thanks a lot, Marc. And yeah, I could find individual letters in a number of faces, but never all in the same one. Well, until now. :)
