This is the typical engineering lettering seen on Russian drawings. Any idea whether this has been turned into a font, and if so, what is it? This is a bit grainy, so will look for a picture with better resolution and repost if I can. Thanks in advance.

I can't really tell from this resolution, but could this be a Cyrillic version of one of the condensed widths of Univers Oblique?

Univers oblique is pretty close. I found one even closer (right on the money actually), ISOCPEur Italic, which is packaged with Autocad and has the cyrillic characters.
