faded (blurry) appearance of opentype fonts in MS Word?

I am using MS Word in Windows XP system with Cleartype function turned on. I can see clearly all Truetype fonts, but all Opentype fonts appear rather faded or blurred.

I learned here that it's related to anti-aliasing function, but is there any way I can improve the "visibility" of Opentype fonts in Windows system? Thanks.

I'm guessing that these are OpenType CFF fonts. These are rendered using an Adobe-supplied font rasterizer, not the TrueType rasterizer used to render TTF and OpenType TTF fonts.

Thanks. Yes, they are Adobe fonts. So, there's no way I can "turn off" Adobe font rasterizer?
