Can anyone tell me what font is used for the "80,000 Jobs lost..." title?

The Times uses a custom version of Cheltenham designed by Matthew Carter.

Your best match is probably URW Cheltenham Bold Extra Condensed or Font Bureau's Cheltenham Bold Condensed.
