What kind of Times...?

Can somebody figure out if this “Times” font is manipulated, or is this a real one. If it is, wich kind of Times is it. Or what anykind of font.

Looks like Cochin with a stroke applied to me.

I created this with Cochin... Just added a small stroke to it. Looks like they may have modified the bar in the R to lose the curve. But perhaps it just becomes less distinguishable at low-res.

Serif brackets look a little different as well. They look heavier in your image.
