i cannot really tell exactly what font this might be, but an alternative would be “National First”

another dotted font I personally love is “Fortuna Dot” which you can find it here http://simplythebest.net/fonts/fonts/fortunadot.html, it isn’t anything like the one you are looking for, but still worth checking out :)

Chris, Avant Garde Gothic extra light is slightly different in the details of the letterforms, but certainly what you suggest will get much closer than the previous suggestions.

i have found out that build digitised it specially for the flying lotus cover based on the letraset version of pinball - so that means for now just bespoke unless they are plan to release. thankyou to everyone thats helped with this : )
