I'm spoofing UK magazine 'Heat' and really want to use the "TF Forver" font like they do. I certainly can't afford to buy it so does anyone know of an appropriate substitute?

Yeah, if I was getting paid for this then that'd be fine. I'd just invoice someone else. As it goes, this is just a pet project for fun and I need practically the whole font family, and I have no budget for this at all.
I have a huge amount of fonts but I don't have many families of fonts, let alone like this.
