Unfortunately I only have a small sample of type to go from here. I've definitely seen this before, but I can't put my finger on it. No helpful context either, sorry. Any ideas?

Geometric sans with extras on certain letters?
Some letters are close to Insignia.
Looks like a pretty close alternative. I don't really need an exact fit, so Insignia might just do the job. Thanks!
